And why did the bar base change from the white one to the black one the original white ones are much better 🤔
I fit loads of quick step and love fitting it , but my 1 bug bare is the quality of their underlay, i always use timber mate as it's far superior than any of the qs products, it's a shame that the underlay range is so average compared to how good the flooring is
What's the name of the tool you use to cut Incizo at 4:48 ?
Step into durability and beauty with Quick-Step Timber floors! Crafted flawlessly for your home, they're more than just floors - they're a testament to quality. Resistant to dirt, water, and daily wear, each plank is meticulously balanced with the perfect blend of wood types, grading, colours, structures, finishes, and sizes. Elevate your space with flooring that's built to last.
Be inspired by our floors and create a home filled with happiness. Choosing a Quick-Step floor, means choosing a durable, worry-free floor that empowers you to live the life you want.
If it doesn't have any VOCs, then what causes that strong chemical smell that persists long after the Timbermate has cured? It applies easily and sands smoothly, but that smell is impossible to ignore. 😞
Why the hell don't you tell us where to buy this product? Are you crazy?
notice on the right side of the wall he is getting close and a more aggressive cut? That's because the right side is the machine's most aggressive side.. so when going on the left wall, flip it around so the right side of the machine is against the wall.
Сика и вермейстер и зеро через 2дня у них полное отвержение последние 2 клея они эластичные
Eugen best tools ever highly recommend
Eugen yes it's great tool I recommend!!
The power drive is over rated bought one did my own test it couldn't sand any low boards out with 36 grit a regular buffer can do just as good
The power drive is over rated bought one did my own test it couldn't sand any low boards out with 36 grit a regular buffer can do just as good
This is genius!! Thankyou so much!! Just saved $500 on repairs ❤
A lot of people saying they good and a lot of people saying they trash lol don’t know witch side I should take
Do they still make the drum/belt comination machine?
Best floor sander ever, would swap my Hummel in a flash..especially the drum/belt combo machines.!!!
I want to lay reclaimed 5 finger parquet on concrete. Is there an adhesive that is better for the concrete?
Thank you guys, excellent video.
Gran bel macchinavio
If you have to get one of these. It's the square one. Had the powered ( 240v ) for about 10+ years. It's a great bit of kit when hooked to the Vac. Really well balanced.
Why the square?
@@ronsalutsky6012 That's just my experience after refurbishing 20 houses. When you use the pointy one, you tend to force pressure on the point, causing it to wear out.
@@pauldavidthomasfrodo Makes sense, but how about square vs round as only sander?
I've got a RO150. I use that much less than my square one. On finishing job / houses / plaster work. Square one.@@ronsalutsky6012
Hello, I saw your UA-cam channel and Very nice video on your channel, I really enjoyed it. I noticed one thing: according to your channel, your channel videos are not viewed and subscribed. You need to optimise your channel and do video SEO to reach your target audience. Otherwise, if you upload videos to your channel throughout the year, none of your videos will get viral views. If your channel is optimised a little and if the videos are SEO then your channel will rank very fast and your channel will grow. And monetization of your channel will be on.
What they showed us on a different demonstration with different adhesive was a good demonstration but I was hoping they would show us the echo 985 mapei.
This machine looks like a complete waste of time piece of shit. I would recommend the Pallmann spider. If you want to go this way with hardwood floor sanding.
Where do you get the kits from
Hello, not sure how we missed this comment. We post these Australia-wide. Where are you located?
Should you do the drum sander then the power drive?
I need this! 😮
i have one. its junk. after a few weeks the sanding paper flies off and tears off the velcro. plus it leaves swirls all over the floor. i use 120 sanding discs just on a sanding net instead. forget this spider junk
Great machine
I went to buy it....today. but they don't stock it. They only do a dearer model
I think he is aussie
Well it looks easy but I’ve spent two days and barely managed two packs. The thin cut strips at the end are a two person job and keep springing up when I do it myself. So disappointing it wasn’t like this video.
Same here. I didn't leave boards to get to room temperature so will try that.
Pantry goals? This is my kitchen goals.
You and I both 😂
its a very slow machine , but surface easier to keep flat, if You have a lot of time an customers pay for , its an option . On small pieced floors its good.
It's a weird thing with these types of systems, once the operator starts to understand the new method, they actually find that for the same quality job, this is A LOT faster for them, the saying in general with it: the slower you go, the faster you are! (it really avoids a lot of unnecessary cross sanding over and over again.) But yes it does look like a slow machine. On a parquetry job, you fly compared to traditional methods!
@@MarquesFlooring this machine is crap and these machines will never replace the proper floor sanders. i've been sanding floors since 1978 btw. this spider is crap. one of the sanding discs flies off after a few uses and then a need pad is needed. plus if u try fine finsh with this it leaves circles everywhere. utterly useless machine.
Pire io uso macchime a rullo dal 1978 ma credimi se poi usi un disco con carte valide ti danno un piano che la levigatrice nn da
How is the spider compared to Bona power drive same power would you say ?
Hey Bill, the Spider is far more powerful and versatile. The only benefit the Bona has is that it is cheaper. For the Spider with the variable speed, more attachments, lower profile and inverter soft start motor the Spider is the far better choice. Where are you located?
I'm instoller &polisher with bona system
Its a Frankenstein :D
I just picked one of these up, and so far I'm pretty pleased with it. One note, the power cord BARLEY fits. Maybe it will loosen up, but if you don't wind it fairly tight the lid won't close.
Good tip! thanks for watching and commenting. Enjoy your new Festool!
Not in Australia but thank you so much for this comparison. I was using another brand from Germany and the solvents made me want to vomit. Hopefully one of these solvent free brands will be better!
Thank you for the great feedback! Hoping you can find the right product for your project!
@@MarquesFlooring Thanks. I'm going to go with the Mapie P990. We've been gluing these 100 year old parquet in an old villa in Prague. Really looks amazing when it's all sanded and finished.
@@timtheli0n Sounds stunning..you'll have to show us a photo when it's all done! Reach out to us on instagram @marquesflooringdesign :)

What flooring product is this?
Hey Stephen! This is Engineered flooring by Preference Floors. Their Prestige Oak range in colour 'Cremma' with a brushed matte finish!
So is this the powerdrive or just the flexisand
This is the Flexi-Sand (machine) with the Powerdrive head. A far better machine of similar but better technology is the Frank Spider.
You’re trippin… I’ve been doing hardwood flooring for 13 years and the 50p has always been around. I bought one as my first ever nailer at least 10 years ago. It’s an awesome nailer but it’s definitely not something new
hehe yes very true, we say 'semi-new'. The Powernail presence is not strong in Aus, it takes a bit longer over here! But the 'new' feature to most isn't the 50P itself, it is the roller part on the 'flex' part of the gun! Thanks for pointing out how long these have awesome for though! 😀 Where are you based Jaime?

Do you need to use the hardener if it's just going onto chair frames?
Hello, thanks for the comment/question. Since this video going live the product has been improved and no longer requires the cross linker!
Excellent explanation and examples! Thank you
You're welcome Steve, thanks for the comment 👍
